Data Deletion

Hiya respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
By using Hiya, you agree to the practices described in this Data Deletion policy. Use of the platform is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Delete Your Account
Users can permanently delete their Hiya account by navigating to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Deleting an account will:
- Permanently delete the Hiya profile
- Disconnect linked social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and future connected platforms
- Revoke stored OAuth authorization tokens where applicable
- Delete personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy except where retention is required by law
2. Request Data Deletion
If you cannot access your account you may request deletion by emailing:

- Email Address associated with your Hiya account
Requests are generally processed within 30 days.
