• Create fake or fraudulent accounts
• Manipulate platform metrics or engagement data
• Abuse offer systems or exploit features
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Impersonate brands, creators, or other users
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Scrape platform data without permission
• Engage in unlawful activity

Accounts must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain honest representations of business or creator identity
• Accurately represent follower counts and engagement metrics
• Not misrepresent credentials or capabilities

Users agree to:

• Honor collaborations and agreements made through the platform
• Fulfill agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
• Communicate professionally with collaborators
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Process payments and payouts as agreed
• Ship products as promised

Submitted content must not:

• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech or discriminatory content
• Be sexually explicit or exploitative
• Promote illegal activity
• Be defamatory or libelous
• Violate privacy or confidentiality

For violations, Hiya may:

• Impose cooldown restrictions on account actions
• Limit feature access
• Suspend account temporarily
• Remove content
• Permanently terminate the account
• Report to legal authorities where required

Repeated abuse will result in escalating consequences.
